Overview
The Cooper&Hunter CH-PTW-12HPGF is a 12,000 Btu/h Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) heat pump built for hotels, housing facilities, hospitals, and sunrooms. It fits standard-sized wall sleeves, making it an easy drop-in replacement for older PTAC units in window walls or masonry walls.
The unit uses R32 refrigerant and a heat pump to deliver fast, accurate cooling and heating, with Fresh Air Ventilation to keep air circulating and a GoldFin Anti-Corrosive coating to extend the unit's service life.

Do you help with warranty claims?
Yes, you will need to first reach out to the Cooper & Hunter Technical Support line 1 800-977-0722 to go through troubleshooting, and if it is determined to be a defective unit, we will work with the manufacturer and you as the customer to source you a replacement unit under warranty. If it is determined to need replacement parts, you as the customers will work with Cooper & Hunter to source replacement parts.
