Coverage Details

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product type. CoolMan Supply honors all standard manufacturer warranties. In addition:

Cooper & Hunter Extended Warranty Program:

For Cooper & Hunter products, customers can access extended warranty benefits by enrolling in the Pro Tech Program, which offers tiered coverage:

• Bronze Tier: Adds 1 year of extended warranty
• Silver Tier: Adds 2 years of extended warranty
• Gold Tier: Adds 3 years of extended warranty

These extensions are added on top of the standard manufacturer warranty and require proof of program enrollment at the time of service.
