Shipping Details

CoolMan Supply offers shipping services throughout the entire United States. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, product size, and carrier availability.

  • We will ship anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Freight shipping is used for larger items such as HVAC systems, coils, or condensers.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact our team at orders@coolmansupply.com to arrange special handling.

Return Policy

All sales are final. CoolMan Supply does not accept returns.

Please ensure that:

  • You confirm product compatibility before purchase.
  • You inspect your shipment upon delivery, ensuring to note any visual damage on the shipping acceptance form with the freight driver signing the receiver copy when you are signing for the shipment. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours to orders@coolmansupply.com, with the order number in the subject line, and pictures of the damaged products as well as a scan of the noted and signed shipping acceptance form, in order to qualify for potential freight claim support.
