Shipping Details
CoolMan Supply offers shipping services throughout the entire United States. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, product size, and carrier availability.
- We will ship anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Freight shipping is used for larger items such as HVAC systems, coils, or condensers.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

Return Policy
Please ensure that:
- All returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return freight unless the item is dropped off in person.
- Returns within 15 days of purchase are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Returns after 15 days and within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
