Overview
This RYNO Lineset is a bulk copper lineset with 1/2" white insulation and plain ends, made from 99.9% virgin copper — never scrap or recycled material — which virtually eliminates pinhole leaks, flare cracks, and kinking issues that cause installation delays and inspection failures. The C12200 Cu-DHP copper tube complies with ASTM standard specification and is suitable for R-407, R-410A, R32, and R454B (A2L) refrigerants.
The patented polyethylene skin resists tears and scratches and dramatically reduces drag through wall openings during mini-split installations. The low-density, closed-cell polyethylene insulation is CFC and HCFC gas free and complies with ASTM C 1427-07 Type 1, Grade 1 material.

Yes, you will need to first reach out to the Cooper & Hunter Technical Support line 1 800-977-0722 to go through troubleshooting, and if it is determined to be a defective unit, we will work with the manufacturer and you as the customer to source you a replacement unit under warranty. If it is determined to need replacement parts, you as the customers will work with Cooper & Hunter to source replacement parts.
